information A series of film production workshops with a local youth club led
to the 26-minute Grounded documentary about young people’s
concerns with new legislative police powers regarding Anti-Social
Behaviour Orders. Formally presented to the Home Secretary in 2004
by The Children’s Society. This narrative scene excerpt was
non-scripted and devised entirely on location by the young people,
and filmed in 20-minutes.
